This month 4 of our 1000 Liter Kettle Systems complete with our patented Jet Cook Steam Infusion System, Braising bar, in-vessel homogenizers, and recipe manager, all situated on a purpose built 576 square foot stainless steel mezzanine floor was installed in their facility in Ohio.

Within the first two days of product, process and personnel training, products such as mac cheese (which they produce more than 60 tonnes per week), noodle soups, and bolognaise were being produced to an excellent finished product quality with outstanding particulate integrity, and with processing times reduced by as much as 50%.
We are delighted to have been chosen by Sandridge Foods as there partner in their future growth, and with more than 800 SKU’s our process team, led by our Stuart Rigby, are going to be busy working closely with NPD, Process and manufacturing to ensure a swift and efficient transfer to Jet Cook cooking.
