Dressings, dips and relishes are expertly manufactured using our range of process kettles and the cook chill system. Our equipment produces a large range of products including mayonnaise-based sauces, guacamole, and salsa.

Our kettles are available with a range of innovative accessories including in-vessel homogenizers and automated ingredient additions. Recipe control can range from simple to sophisticated. Sophisticated, automated recipe control is possible thanks to our recipe control software with RFID tagging for real-time data logging and operator/ingredient traceability.
