Twin Jet Cook Steam Infusion Retro-Fits ordered.
Dickon Hall Foods are part of the food giants Libstar who have been operating in South Africa for more than 25 years. The company excels at developing and producing top quality products for both their own brands and for third party companies in Africa as well as overseas such as Unilever, Nando’s, Nestlé and Tiger Brands.
Our South African agents, Courlanders invited representatives from Libstar and Dickon Hall to the launch of our new test facility at CPUT (Cape Town Peninsula University of Technology) early last year to see our world leading Jet Cook Steam Infusion System in full operation producing sauces, ready meals and beverages. Following the five days of demonstrations Dickon Hall then booked two days of intensive trials at CPUT where we produced sauces, marinades, pastes and salad dressing. The finished product quality and processing time really impressed the team.
Following several meetings and a site survey, two twin Jet Cook Steam Infusion Retro-Fits have now been ordered to produce a variety of sauces and dressings.
We expect the systems to be installed in Q2 this year and they will be supported by our Jet Cook Product Specialist who will work with the product, process and engineering team to ens ure a smooth implementation into the factory.
We are delighted to have been chosen by Dickon Hall as partners in their future development.
