Earlier this week the first four of ten specially designed cooking systems containing DCN’s Jet Cook™ units, In-Vessel emulsifiers, Recipe Manager System and Braising/Roux Bar left our UK factory in Great Gransden. The systems are heading to a new green field facility for a leading high quality branded meal producer scheduled to open later this year.
The multi-purpose systems have been specially designed following trials and discussions over the last 6 months with our customers product and process specialist, design team and chefs. Our customers other UK site also contain our Jet Cook System and a variety of our other technologies.
